Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at LabelForce. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Standard Return Policy

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from LabelForce. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re manufactured to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any products in Merchantable Condition, simply return within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund. (Merchantable Condition is determined by LabelForce and is based on its ability to return the item to its inventory for resale without special preparation, handling or expense.) In addition, please note the following:

    • All returns require an authorization which can be obtained by simply contacting Customer Service at 855.522.3536 or sales@labelforce.com
    • Merchandise must be returned in a suitable shipping container.
    • Return shipping method and cost is the responsibility of the customer.
    • Returns must include the following information:
      • Customer name, and address (as it appears on the website receipt)
      • Date of purchase
      • Product item number, quantity, size, description
      • Reason for return

The following products are not eligible for return: any item which has been used, opened, is only partially complete, or is without all original packaging, labeling, or inserts; product that is stickered, marked, damaged, defaced or otherwise cannot readily be resold by LabelForce for any reason; any item purchased on a "special order" basis, including custom orders, non-stock orders and drop shipments.

Product not in Merchantable Condition may, at LabelForce’s discretion, be returned however any return credit to the customer will be based upon LabelForce’s determination and may be subject to a minimum 25 percent handling charge.

Defective product

We strive to deliver products of the highest quality to our customers 100% of the time, however, occasionally a defective product will slip through the cracks.  Should this ever happen, you may return any defective product for a full credit or refund.  Obtain an authorization number by contacting Customer Service at 855.522.3536 or sales@labelforce.com and we will send a FedEx return-shipping label for you to return the product.  No restocking fee’s or handling fees will apply.

Errors made by LabelForce

Accuracy is of prime importance to us, however, we’re all human and mistakes happen.  Any errors made by LabelForce such as quantity shortages or damaged products must be reported within seven (7) business days of receipt of goods. Pricing or errors of other types made by LabelForce must be reported within 14 business days from the invoice date.  LabelForce will rectify errors it makes however rectification means will be at the sole discretion of LabelForce.
